Nigeria has officially unveiled the masterplan for Abuja City Walk, a landmark 250 hectare mixed use development that is expected to reshape the capital’s urban landscape and strengthen its position as a leading destination for investment, business, and tourism.
The project is strategically located along the Abuja Airport Road within a designated Free Trade Zone. It is designed to integrate residential, commercial, hospitality, healthcare, education, entertainment, and public spaces into a single urban district, creating a modern environment for residents, businesses, and visitors.
According to the masterplan, the development will feature luxury residences, Grade A office buildings, retail outlets, hotels, hospitals, universities, cultural attractions, and a pedestrian friendly boulevard that connects different parts of the city. The design also prioritises landscaped public spaces and sustainable urban planning to encourage economic growth and community living.
