KFC plans to hire another 3500 employees and open 100 new stores in Africa this year as the fast food giant eyes a growing local market.
The company already has 1200 local outlets in South Africa, its fifth largest market in the world. With about 30,000 workers, it is one of the largest employers in the local fast food industry.
