Bala Mohammed, Governor of Bauchi State (North East Nigeria), has appointed Li Zhensheng, Chinese national as his Special Adviser on economic matters.
The governor announced the appointment during the signing of a partnership agreement with the China Global Poverty Reduction Center (CGPCRC), an economic research and development institute headed by Li.
Mohammed said the collaboration with CGPCRC would open the doors for increased foreign investment, stimulate commercial activities, and improve the living standards of residents.
