They teach in overcrowded classrooms, with little to no resources. Some go months without salaries. Others use their own money to buy chalk, pens, and notebooks. Still, they show up — every day — trying to shape the next generation.
Teachers don’t just teach subjects; they teach confidence, discipline, and hope. They help students dream beyond their current reality.
If we want a better education system, we must start with those at the heart of it. That means better training, better pay, safer working conditions, and the public respect they truly deserve.
